About Doctor

I provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals across various age groups for concerns like anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-image concerns, sexuality, work-life concerns, and other life experiences. I take a psychosocial, systemic, and rights-based approach to address the concerns brought by the clients in the therapeutic space. My eclectic approach helps in catering to each client's individual therapeutic needs through trauma and queer affirmative lens. I aim to foster a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for the clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard. I believe in collaboratively using this space with the clients and building an efficient therapeutic relationship that would help them identify their internal strengths and resources to navigate their life challenges contributing to their holistic well-being.
